ASSA Properties opens off-site sales office for 92-unit Galerie 515

Assa Properties has officially opened the doors to an off-site sales office for Galerie 515, Hotel & Condominium Residences, a new building soon to rise at the corner of 9th Ave. and 39th St. Located on the third floor at 630 9th Ave., the new boutique sales office dramatically showcases Galerie 515's residences, amenities and signature lifestyle elements. Designed by Costas Kondylis in collaboration with Assa Properties' award-winning development team, Galerie 515 will feature 92 condominium residences complemented by a 24-hour doorman and concierge, valet parking, fitness center, and a rooftop sky lounge. The hotel will be operated by West Paces Hotel Group which is managed by a number of former Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company executives including its founder, Horst Schulze, the former president and CEO of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. "Residents of Galerie will enjoy the best of all worlds - living in the heart of this vibrant, energetic, evolving Manhattan neighborhood while enjoying the ease, convenience and special services that are afforded by the chic hotel in the building."
