Ashlind Properties facilitates sale of 90,000 s/f in Bohemia for $14.4m

According to Richard Cohen, president of Ashlind Properties, less than two months from inspecting the facility to closing on December 30th, 2020, North Atlantic Industries Inc. was able to purchase CMB Wireless Group LLC’s 90,000 s/f headquarters for $14.4 million. The subject property is located at 116 Wilbur Pl. 

It was with the help of both counsel Larry Stopol of Levy, Stopol & Camelo, LLP and Matthew Lamstein of Lazer Aptheker, Rosella & Yedid, P.C. and John Walser, director of economic development Islip IDA and Brian Scripture, economic development specialist at Empire State Development that made the deal come to fruition. 

Ashlind Properties was the sole broker in the transaction.
