Asaro of Industry One Realty represents seller in $3.8 million sale; Schacker of United Realty represents buyer
Deer Park, NY Mario Asaro, SIOR, of Industry One Realty Corp. co-brokered the $3.8 million sale of a 15,000 s/f industrial building and the 1.88-acre lot located at 25 & 45 Brook Ave.
Asaro represented the seller, SSB Realty Corp, and Gary Joel Schacker, SIOR, of United Realty, represented the buyer, DFA LLC.
Industry One Realty Corp is a full-service industrial real estate and commercial real estate firm with specialization in office space, industrial space, retail space, on all of Long Island, both Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
