Arrow Real Estate Advisors arranges $14 million loan provided by Chase Bank

Bronx, NY Arrow Real Estate Advisors arranged financing for the acquisition of a nine-building multifamily portfolio. The financing was provided by Chase Bank, which originated a $14 million loan to facilitate the transaction. Arrow team members, Jacob Schmuckler, senior director, and Meir Schlusselberg, vice president, arranged the financing.

The client purchased the city-block-long assemblage, consisting of multifamily and mixed-use properties. Given the tight timeline to close, Arrow Real Estate Advisors leveraged its strong lender relationship to secure favorable terms and ensure a smooth closing process.
