Aronowitz and Fox of Omni Dev. broker three leases totaling 19,172 s/f
Omni Development Co., Inc. has closed on three leases at One Broadway Center totaling 19,172 s/f, bringing the 130,500 s/f office building to 100% occupancy. The new tenants are: Send Word Now with 2,600 s/f, GTECH Corp. with 2,622 s/f, and a division of The Social Security Administration with 13,950 s/f. The leases were brokered by Mark Aronowitz, CPM and Benji Fox of Omni.
"We are pleased that One Broadway Center is again fully leased. This is just another example of the continued revitalization of Downtown Schenectady and the value the Metroplex Development Authority has brought to the city," said Aronowitz.
