Aron of KeyPoint Partners negotiates sale of Alpine Commons in Wappingers Falls–209,000 s/f retail prop.

Wappingers Falls, NY KeyPoint Partners has negotiated the sale of Alpine Commons, a shopping center located at 1357-1404 Rte. 9. KeyPoint vice president of investment sales, Jonathan Aron represented the seller and procured the buyer. The sale price was not disclosed. 

Alpine Commons is a 209,000 s/f, two-building shopping center anchored by a freestanding BJ’s Wholesale Club. The center is located within the Rte. 9 retail corridor, along the Hudson River between Poughkeepsie and Fishkill. 

“The center has exceptional upside potential which can be harnessed by leasing the vacant supermarket”, Aron said. “It presents an excellent opportunity for value creation.”
