Arkin joins TKD as partner

Alan Arkin has joined Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP (TKD) as a partner in the litigation group. Arkin represents private equity and hedge funds, financial institutions, corporations and individuals in a wide range of civil, criminal and regulatory matters, including commercial, securities, and corporate governance litigation, as well as with respect to internal, criminal and regulatory investigations. He also has significant experience in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration before the American Arbitration Association, JAMS and FINRA. Arkin represents employers in negotiations and litigation concerning wrongful terminations, compensation disputes, restrictive covenants and employment discrimination, among others. He routinely counsels private equity and hedge funds, financial institutions, corporations, senior executives and investment bankers with respect to their separations, entitlements under deferred compensation, co-investment, carried interest, and stock option plans and non-competition agreements. He also counsels clients with respect to private equity and hedge fund breakups and "divorces." "Tarter Krinsky & Drogin is pleased to welcome Alan R. Arkin received his Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from Washington University in St. Louis.
