Jamestown has completed two new leases at the Falchi Building, located at 31-00 47th Ave. in Long Island City.
The NYC Taxi & Limousine Commission and City of New York Office of Trials and Hearings (OATH) have signed for a combined 72,577 s/f, occupying the third floor of the five-story, 620,000 s/f, mixed-use building.
The owner, Jamestown, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield's Mitchell Arkin, Kelli Burke, Greg Smith, Haley Klein, and Michael Blanchard. The Taxi and Limousine Commission was represented by Michele Freeman and John Morrill from CBRE. OATH was also represented by CBRE.
