Ariel Property Advisors arranges $15.65 million sale of multifamily buildings in Prospect Heights

Brooklyn, NY Ariel Property Advisors (Ariel) has arranged the $15.65 million sale of 315-329 Lincoln Pl., four contiguous walk-up buildings with 48 units spanning 52,543 s/f in the Prospect Heights neighborhood.

An Ariel team comprised of Victor Sozio, founding partner; Sean Kelly, Esq., partner; Remi Mandell, director; and Jake Brody, associate director, arranged the sale on behalf of the seller.

The well-maintained properties feature recently renovated units with luxury finishes and amenities including in-unit washers and dryers and private outdoor spaces in select units.

The properties are located near the Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Library, Brooklyn Botanic Garden, Prospect Park and Grand Army Plaza and are close to the retail corridors in Prospect Heights. Also, 315-329 Lincoln Pl. offers multiple transportation options with access to the 2 and 3 subway trains.
