Arbor provides $4.26m Fannie Mae DUS loan

Arbor Commercial Funding, LLC funded a $4.26 million loan under the Fannie Mae DUS product line to finance the 155-unit complex known as Birchcroft Apartments. The seven-year loan amortizes on a 30-year schedule and carries a note rate of 6.35%.The loan was originated by Bob Anderson, director, in Arbor's full-service Atlanta, Ga. lending office.
