Arbor Commercial appoints Dodge as FHA chief underwriter

Arbor Commercial Funding, LLC has appointed Thomas Dodge to FHA chief underwriter. He reports to Joseph Donovan, senior VP, production management. Dodge oversees the underwriting of multifamily and healthcare loans under the FHA Mortgage Insurance Programs, as well as the training and development of FHA/MAP staff. Additionally, he will ensure the company's compliance with HUD, MAP and LEAN requirements. Prior to joining Arbor, Dodge served as VP, senior underwriter with Neace Lukens Capital. Previously, he held posts with Bedford Lending Corp., First NH Bank and Shawmut Bank. Dodge earned a BS in Management from C.W. Post College. Arbor continues to serve its clients with a wide range of FHA programs. The Company has been an active FHA multifamily lender since 1997, obtaining its Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) license in 2000 when the program first became available.
