Appraisal Inst. honors Bradley with Lifetime Achievement Award

The Long Island Chapter of the Appraisal Institute has awarded David Bradley, MAI, SRA with the chapter's Lifetime Achievement Award. The award was recently presented to Bradley by LIAI chapter president, Frank Notaro, MAI. In presenting the award, Notaro praised Bradley for his significant contributions to the profession of appraising, his outstanding knowledge, leadership, and dedicated service to the Long Island Chapter and its members. Bradley is an active member of the LIAI, having served as chapter president, admissions, education, and seminar chairs, and is currently chair of professional practice. He has been actively involved in the appraisal of residential and commercial real estate, and a dedicated instructor for over twenty years. "It is a great honor to accept this award," said Bradley.
