Angelic Real Estate and CGA finance $21.5 million

Chicago, IL Angelic Real Estate and CGA Capital have completed a $21.5 million financing for certain portions of the new Presence St. Joseph Ambulatory Care Center in the city’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. The project is currently under construction on a former surface parking lot for the Presence St. Joseph Hospital by Milwaukee-based Hammes Company. Upon its completion in Fall 2015, the new facility will house additional Presence St. Joseph operations, other medical and related tenants, and parking. Angelic Real Estate is a New York City-based investment banking and investment brokerage firm with over $6 billion in experience nationally and internationally. Angelic finances and sells both existing and to-be-built office, industrial, healthcare, multi-family and retail projects as both a principal and an intermediary, and has a significant build-to-suit financing practice.
