Andover Properties names Perez vice president of human resources

Manhattan, NY Stephanie Perez has joined Andover Properties as vice president of human resources. In this newly created role, Perez will lead HR strategy across Andover’s platform, overseeing talent acquisition, organizational development, culture, and employee engagement.

Perez brings experience in HR leadership, with a track record of building high-performing teams and aligning people strategy with business growth. Prior to joining Andover, she held senior HR roles across the real estate and financial services sectors, where she helped scale operations, implement systems, and foster inclusive workplace cultures.
