American Cancer Society honors Strom of Schroder & Strom, LLC at Women of the Year Golf Classic

Karen Strom, partner at Schroder & Strom, LLC, was honored as one of the "Women of the Year" by the American Cancer Society at their annual Golf Classic held at the Pine Hollow Country Club in East Norwich. The American Cancer Society selected three honorees based upon their professional achievements and their charitable work and contributions to the Long Island community. Karen Strom is a founding partner of the law firm Schroder & Strom, LLP that specializes in tax assessment counsel and litigation representing both commercial and residential property owners and developers. She obtained her JD from Hofstra University School of Law in 1988 and has practiced tax assessment litigation for over twenty years.
