AMA Group partners with SJP Properties on new 120,000 s/f New Jersey property

Roseland, NJ AMA Group, a nationwide industry leader committed to providing technologically sophisticated and solution-oriented engineering design and implementation, partnered with SJP Properties, a long-time client, on a brand new 120,000 s/f office space at 105 Eisenhower Pkwy. for CSG Law’s headquarters. The $30 million property blends modern architecture, design and technology throughout every aspect of the building and its amenities. 

"The office seamlessly blends advanced technology, modern design, and a thoughtful response to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic,” said AMA CEO Arthur Metzler, “By leveraging state-of-the-art technology, incorporating open spaces and abundant natural light, and implementing health-conscious features, we were part of creating a workplace that not only meets the needs of today but anticipates the demands of the future."

The building features high-end furniture and construction materials, abundant connectivity, pantries with restaurant-grade venting, more than 40 meeting spaces spread across the firm’s practice floors, a central conference hub, expansive reception area and an exterior patio for hosting clients meetings and events.. 

The office design considers the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, with features such as advanced HEPA air filtration systems and additional outdoor spaces. The emphasis on natural light and open spaces is consistent with contemporary design concepts and the firm's growing philosophy. Employees have sit-stand desks, and each office has dimmer controls to accommodate individual lighting preferences.
