
Uniondale, NY According to Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP, Stephanie Alberts was appointed co-chair of the NCBA’s Surrogate’s Court Estates and Trusts Committee. She will serve a two-year term.
This committee deals with estate planning, administration and litigation; reviews pending relevant NYS legislation; and maintains an interchange of ideas with the Nassau County Surrogate and staff.
Alberts earned her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and her B.A. from SUNY Binghamton.
