What was the most challenging part of working during the pandemic?
During these uncertain times life has offered to each of us many opportunities and disappointments. Health, Family, Work all are commingled and are each extremely important. Working from home gives me the opportunity to remain safe using my skills and talents to continue to be an effective realtor. As I reflect back I can’t help but think about and miss being in the office counseling with other brokers to get their opinions and thoughts to solve my current needs. Yes we are each only a phone call away yet for me face to face conversations work best!

What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2021?
Adapting and working from home presents many new experiences both positive and negative. I am not sure where 2021 will lead us but the one thing I am sure of everyone will be reevaluating their commercial needs for the foreseeable future. Shopping on line vs malls, office space larger or smaller, and surely evaluating ones need regarding industrial space. Do I take the chance and lease new space or cut back. Everyone will be making decisions impacting their business model and the economy in general. The one thing I am sure of is that 2021 will be a year of reevaluation and introspection!
