Adams of NAI Summit brokers 35,465 s/f lease
Michael Adams of NAI Summit has represented the tenant in leasing 35,465 s/f of warehouse space at 999 Postal Rd.
The tenant, EcoTech Marine, designs and manufactures reef aquarium equipment. This is EcoTech's second Lehigh Valley location, and they plan to use the building for distribution and assembly.
