Imperial Accessories plans to use the space as an office and showroom space for ladies scarves, men's handkerchiefs, clothing, accessories and gift items.

Built in 1926, 48 West 37th St. is an 18-story, 150,000 s/f building with 24-hour access and features new windows throughout.
