David Levy, principal of Adam's & Co., represented the tenant, as well as the landlord Forty Eight Thirty Seven Associates. Although the details of the transaction were not disclosed, asking price was $43 per square foot. Imperial Accessories plans to use the space as an office and showroom space for ladies scarves, men's handkerchiefs, clothing, accessories and gift items.
