* A five-year, 2,637 s/f lease at 110 W. 40th St. for Gerald Hespos. David Levy and Michael Greenberg of Adams represented both the tenant and the landlord.
* A five-year, 1,000 s/f lease at 263 W. 38th St. for MiddleBlue. Brett Maslin of Adams represented the tenant while Scott Galin of Handler Real Estate Services represented the landlord.
* A five-year, 896 s/f lease at 231 W. 39th St. for True Divinity, LLC. James Buslik and Jeffrey Buslik of Adams represented the landlord while Richard Pugatch of CBC Hunter Realty represented the tenant.
* A four-year, 891 s/f lease at 4-10 W. 33rd St. for French Craft Leather Goods Co., Inc. Levy represented both the tenant and the landlord.
* A three-year, 825 s/f lease at 110 W. 40th St. for Segerman USA, Inc. Levy and Maslin represented both the tenant and the landlord.
