* A five-year, 3,200 s/f lease at 525 Seventh Ave. for Nikki Apparel. Alan Bonett of Adams & Co. represented the tenant while Bob Savitt of Savitt Partners represented the landlord.
* A three-year, 1,700 s/f lease at 530 Seventh Ave. for Lanificio Alfredo Rodina. Brett Maslin of Adams & Co. represented the tenant while Marc Schoen of Savitt Partners represented the landlord.
* A four-year, 1,066 s/f lease at 34 W. 33rd St. for St. Lawrence U.S.A. Inc. David Levy and Maslin of Adams & Co. represented the tenant and landlord.
* A five-year, 1,218 s/f lease at 34 W. 33rd St. for Northern Apparel. Levy and Maslin represented the landlord while David Badner of Norman Bobrow & Co. represented the tenant.
* A two-year, 842 s/f lease at 231 W. 39th St. for Chapter One Sportswear. James and Jeffrey Buslik of Adams & Co. represented the landlord while Howard Epstein of Winoker Realty represented the tenant.
