Adams & Co. completed the following transactions: * A five-year, 4,619 s/f renewal at 10 West 33rd St. for You and Me Legwear, LLC. David Levy of Adams & Co. represented both the tenant and the landlord. * A five-year, 1,981 s/f lease at 34 West 33rd St. for Thread Showroom.Levy and Brett Maslin of Adams & Co. represented both the tenant and the landlord. * A six-year, 1,026 s/f lease at 10 West 33rd St. for M. Fine, Inc. Levy represented both the tenant and the landlord. * A one-year, 962 s/f renewal at 10 West 33rd St. for Intercontinental Leathern Industries, Inc. Levy and Maslin represented both the tenant and the landlord. * A three-year, 885 s/f lease at 34 West 33rd St. for Babyfair, Inc. Levy and Maslin represented both the tenant and the landlord. * A five-year, 748 s/f lease at 34 West 33rd St. for Appaman, Inc. Levy and Maslin represented both the tenant and the landlord.
