Adams & Co. brokers 7,007 s/f, 7-year lease
Adams & Co. Real Estate recently brokered a seven-year, 7,007 s/f lease at 231 W. 39th St. for Lily Et Cie, Inc..
Jeffrey Buslik of Adams & Co. represented the tenant, while James Buslik of Adams & Co. represented the landlord. The space will serve as the New York studio and showroom for the clothing line.
The 12-story property is located at the epicenter of the Fashion District and boasts over 100 showrooms representing contemporary men's, women's and children's apparel.
