AD&E negotiates first Marshall's Shoe MegaShop at Central Plaza

Aries, Deitch & Endelson has arranged a groundbreaking lease with Marshall's for the opening of their first Shoe Megashop on Central Ave. Bill Hesse represented TJX Cos. on behalf of Marshall's in the lease agreement. The discount retailer will occupy 10,000 s/f in a freestanding facility located in the Central Plaza Shopping Center. According to Hesse, president of Aries, Deitch & Endelson, "This latest site for Marshall's represents a groundbreaking event in that it's the first and largest free-standing Megashop to be created having an ideal location both logistically and demographically in Westchester County. It identifies Marshalls as a significant and major presence within the shoe industry in a premier retail environment and location along the Central Ave. corridor allowing for extremely high visibility and traffic flow." AD&E has enjoyed a long-standing relationship with parent company TJX in establishing new locations for them, specifically throughout the lower Hudson Valley. The new Shoe Megashop joins Barnes & Noble, Central Plaza Cinema, David's Bridal, Mandees, Pier 1, and many other high volume business and anchor stores in this prominent location on Central Ave. An October 2nd grand opening took place for the newly renovated building, a former Bombay Co. store.
