Day Elevator and Lift leased 12,000 s/f at 147 E 2nd St. a flex-building. Chip Entwistle and Kevin Lann of ACC represented the tenant. Jason Miller represented the landlord, Steel Equities.
Steel Equities fully renovated the building and Day Elevator was the perfect fit for the flex property which included 50% office space. ACC Space sold Day Elevator’s company headquarters in West Hempstead and relocated their business to Mineola
