ABS Partners retained to market development site at 353 and 355-357 Broadway in TriBeCa
New York-based full-service commercial real estate firm ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC announced that it has been retained to market the prime development site at 353 and 355-357 Broadway in TriBeCa.
Situated on Broadway between Leonard and Franklin Streets, the combined lots total 10,956 s/f and have a floor area ratio of 10. Included in the package are 23,220 s/f of air rights from the neighboring lot at 359 Broadway, creating a total of 132,780 buildable s/f. Alan Cohen and Adam Maxson of ABS Partners are marketing the property.
"Lots like this simply don't exist in Tribeca anymore. The seller has been approached by major developers looking to purchase the lot several times over the last decade, but was never quite ready to give it up. With market conditions as they are, ownership has decided that now is the time to sell," said Cohen. "This is a prime location for the neighborhood's next condominium development."
