ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC has recently brokered three deals at 1916 Park Ave. for office and storage use.
* Koen Media Productions signed a three-year lease to satisfy their need for larger post production facilities.
* Super Surgical Corp., represented by Norman Franfort of Oak Real Estate, signed a three-year lease-relocating from Long Island.
* Absolute Piano signed a two-year lease for inventory storage.
