Manhattan, NY According to Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group LLC, Soft Swerve has signed a 10-year lease for 475 s/f at 379 Third Ave. Asking rent for the space was $5,950 per month.

William Abramson and Matthew Olden of Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group LLC acted on behlaf of the landlord while Logan Ryan of Meridian Retail Leasing represented the tenant.

Soft Swerve chose this location due to Murray Hill’s demographics, proximity to Midtown and accessibility from the subway. This will be the company’s second location.
