Abergel of Arbor closes $5.925 million Fannie Mae loan in Arlington, Texas

Arbor Commercial Funding, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Arbor Commercial Mortgage, LLC, funded a $5.925 million loan under the Fannie Mae DUS product line for the 252-unit complex known as Garden Park Apartments. The 10-year loan amortizes on a 30-year schedule. The loan was originated by Ronen Abergel, director, in Arbor's full-service New York, N.Y., lending office.
