Abdo of Winoker Realty negotiates 4,900 s/f; Davis of Edward Warren assists

Commercial brokerage firm Winoker Realty Company, negotiated a new, 4,900 s/f lease at 330 East 59th St. in the Turtle Bay neighborhood. Corey Abdo, senior vice president at Winoker Realty, negotiated on behalf of the owner, Brause Realty, Inc. Dan Davis of Edward Warren and Company represented the tenant, Holland and Sherry. Holland and Sherry is relocating its showroom from 979 Third Ave. The lease-which encompasses the entire top floor of the eight story building-carries a 10-year term.  The loft-style 1940s building offers asking rents at $37 per s/f.
