Abdo of Winoker Realty brokers a 6,000 s/f lease for Artist Group Int'l.

Winoker Realty Co. negotiated a 6,000 s/f lease renewal for Artist Group International at the Architect's and Designer's Building, 150 East 58th St. The renewal is for a term of five years, seven months.   Corey Abdo, senior vice president at Winoker Realty, represented Artist Group International and Tom Costanzo represented building owner Vornado Realty Trust Artist Group International, a booking agency for celebrity names such as Billy Joel and Rod Stewart, initially signed a three year lease. "A long-term Winoker client, Artist Group International, has been a tenant in the building for over a decade," said Abdo.  "The A & D building is in the perfect location for the company to meet their celebrity client needs." The space - which encompasses a portion of the 19th floor - had an asking price of $75 per s/f.
