Abdo and DiFiore of Winoker Realty lease 7,091 s/f

Winoker Realty Company represented GEOS Language School in a ten-year, 7,091 s/f lease at the St. James Building at 1133 Broadway. Corey Abdo, senior VP, and Joe DiFiore, associate director of Winoker, represented the tenant. Abdo and DiFiore worked with GEOS's Japanese headquarters to complete the deal. The building is owned and managed by Kew Management. James Preston of Kew Management negotiated the lease with Abdo and DiFiore. "1133 Broadway offers an ideal location for international students to get a taste of N.Y.C. with local parks, restaurants, and shopping all within walking distance," said Abdo. "With offices that could easily be converted to small classrooms, the 15th floor space worked perfectly for GEOS."
