Abbey Road Advisors arranges four leases: 78,915 s/f

Abbey Road Advisors has brokered four leases in Westchester County totaling 78,915 s/f. My Publisher! has extended its current lease of 25,544 s/f at 400 Columbus Ave. and expanded into an additional 6,050 s/f for a total of 31,594 s/f. Two Westchester County government offices located in Yonkers have also extended their leases for an additional 10 years each. The Yonkers District Office for the Department of Health has renewed its lease for 12,090 s/f at 20 South Broadway, and the Westchester County Educational Opportunity Center has renewed its lease for 33,672 s/f at 26 South Broadway, both in Yonkers. Attorney Steve Anduze has also renewed his lease for 1,559 s/f at the same location.
