A&I Broadway is agent for 10,000 s/f at 75 Smith
A&I Broadway Realty was recently named exclusive agents for three separate storefronts located on Atlantic Ave. and the corner of Smith St. The spaces encompass 10,000 s/f at 75 Smith St. downtown. The retail spaces are housed on the ground floor of a new hotel development by Boymelgreen Developers. 75 Smith is a new mixed-use high-end building consisting of a 67-room hotel, retail, restaurants, community and office spaces in 60,000 s/f on the lower four stories.
