8th annual CAI-Long Island trade show - October 11

The eighth annual CAI-Long Island trade show will be held October 11, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Hilton Long Island, 598 Broadhollow Rd. (Rte. 110). Breakfast, lunch and raffles are all included at this event which is free for all board members of condominiums, co-ops and homeowners associations on Long Island. Seminars will cover timely topics and valuable information such as mold remediation, swimming pool do's and don'ts and association security. Other seminars will include timeless topics such as arrears and collections, insurance issues, and expert presentations in the areas of law, banking and property management.
