Navarro of Breslin Realty sells 49,658 s/f property
Breslin Realty has completed the sale of the former T. Carlton's Spalon, located at 725 Smithtown Bypass (Rte. 347.) The property was acquired by Dr. Summer Sathi, a Neurosurgen. The property consists of 49,658 s/f, with a free-standing building of 3,600 s/f, with parking for 75 cars. Charles Navarro of Breslin arranged and negotiated the sale for the sellers.
