693 Fifth Ave. closes four new
leases totaling over 21,000 s/f

Manhattan, NY According to 693 Fifth Owner LLC, four new leasing deals have been closed at its 100,000 s/f office building on Fifth Ave. in the Plaza District.

The following leases have been signed in August through October:

• Edwynn Houk Gallery – Entire 6th floor, 5806 s/f – 10 year term – represented by Howard Poretsky, senior vice president at Colliers;

• Park 5 (physical therapy) – Entire 9th floor, 4,582 s/f – 10 year term – represented by Anthony Builder of Bradford and Allen;

• Daloopa (tech company) – Entire 13th floor, 4,803 s/f – five year term – represented by Michael Okun, principal of Cresa New York; and

• Dr. William Lao (plastic surgeon) – Entire 8th floor – 5,855 s/f– 10 year term – represented by Alisia Ramlochan, associate real estate broker with Paul Wexler at Corcoran.
