Itzhaki Properties has completed the sale of 3 Quincy St. The subject property is a 9,368 s/f walk-up, 8-unit residential building in the Clinton Hill neighborhood, on the northwest corner of Quincy St. and Downing St.
The 23-ft. wide building sold for $805,000 which occurred at a capitalization rate of 11.5% and a gross rent multiple of 7.23.
The buyer, Eden Developments Inc. was represented by Eric Yefet, and the seller, Bitty Bridge was represented by Eli Haliva.
