I completed an off-market deal for a full floor at 430 Park Ave. for a Merchant Bank. Despite challenges in the overall leasing market, the availability rate in the Park Ave. Corridor is so tight that CEO insisted on finding an off-market deal. The Grand Central submarket has proven to be the new favorite area amongst many companies.
What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2024?
I completed a 50,000 s/f, 35-year deal for a charter school in Williamsburg, for which the landlord built the entire space at no cost to my client. I created a tiered-free rent structure to ensure that the school only paid full rent once the student body was in full occupancy of all of the floors.
