What advice would you offer to other women getting into the construction industry? Advice I would offer to other women entering the construction industry is that it will most definitely challenge your emotional strength at times. It can be a high stress and tough field to be in as a woman, so value yourself highly. Be confident in your knowledge of the construction industry, your education and your experience but still be willing to learn. Just as in any profession, you will be valued and respected by the results you provide and the value you bring to each project.
