2023 Ones to Watch Rising Stars: Jordan Ades, Dansker Capital Group

Jordan Ades
Commercial Mortgage Broker
Dansker Capital Group

Number of years at firm: 1

When I am not working, I am: Exploring New York City’s top restaurants, engaging in adult softball and hockey leagues, and spending quality time with friends and family.

One thing on my bucket list: Skiing in Hokkaido, Japan’s northernmost Island. Hokkaido has so much to offer, especially its Skiing, Sushi and Sapporo!

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? Recently, I facilitated financing for a medical office building in Rhode Island for a buyer with a very tight timeline. Given the unpredictable lending environment, our ability to act quickly and effectively was crucial in getting the deal to the closing table. Despite the challenge of a rising interest rate environment, we managed to secure highly competitive financing terms for our client. Although banks continue to tighten their lending guidelines, we have managed to secure repeat business opportunities with investors in the medical office space sector.

What makes this nominee a RISING STAR?

“Jordan is the most promising young mortgage broker in NYC. In his first year, he has personally sourced over 15 transactions—a record for our firm. Jordan is universally praised by his clients, many of whom have become faithful repeat buyers due to his unrelenting advocacy for their interests.” - Andrew Dansker, CEO at Dansker Capital
