What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? The Diagrid Club at 425 Park Ave. — the first full-block office building on Park Avenue in over 50 years. We built out the high-end amenity space on the 26th floor while the rest of the building was still under construction. I’m proud of my team for developing creative solutions to achieve both form and function in the space, which took detailed planning with our clients, consultants, and subcontractors — and resulted in a NYCxDESIGN Award win.
