What was one of your biggest challenges as a leader and how did you overcome it? One of my biggest challenges was taking over a problematic project with a disheartened and disillusioned team. I built trust by supporting and empowering them, tackling the issues, and leading with integrity by doing the right thing, especially when it was difficult. This helped to accelerate a culture change and brought positive results to the project. Some of those team members are now among our most engaged and effective employees.
