How did you get your start in real estate?

Transitioned from research and trading positions on Wall Street, where I had focused on fixed income. I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn.

What real estate associations or organizations are you a member of?

CREW New York

What recent honor, achievement or recognition has meant the most to you and why?

I was very pleased to have been selected as one of the women to speak at CREW NY’s “Powerful Women Panel” earlier this spring. Being able to share my knowledge with a room full of women all committed to learning as much as possible about different facets of the industry was very inspiring.

What is the best advice you have received and who was it from?

My high school guidance counselor provided me with one of the most important sets of instructions to use when making a significant decision: Think about how the decision will affect you at all different times. What will your life be like on a Thursday at 5pm? On an early Saturday morning? Will you enjoy what you’re doing then? Meaning: think about the impact of any decision, not only when you’re immersed in the situation directly, but how that decision will influence your life at all hours.
