How did you get your start in real estate?

As a real estate attorney

What recent honor, achievement or recognition has meant the most to you and why?

Being appointed to senior partner and board member of my firm has been my most meaningful career accomplishment to date, but I have recently won several favorable decisions in notable and challenging cases. It is even more satisfying that my personal achievements are victories for my clients.

What time management strategies do you find to be the most effective for you?

I am very efficient at delegating! I often have multiple cases and projects and each is a priority. My system is to first formulate a strategy for each case, then prepare and dictate my draft or instruct a trusted attorney from my team to work on next steps before I finalize. This allows me to multi-task, but focus on some of the complex cases while ensuring smaller ones are also receiving detailed attention.
