What real estate project, transaction, market trend or product had a significant impact on your industry in 2015? Cloud computing made the most significant impact on real estate education in 2015. Now, students can take video interactive courses anywhere they have internet connection. How will you be supercharging your productivity in 2016? Currently, I have an application pending in Colorado and will be expanding Lieb School nationally incident to my license expansion. What emerging trends will drive investment and in 2016? Accessibility of education will drive investment because real estate salespersons and associate real estate brokers are always on the go, which has been a barrier to their professional advancement as scheduling time to take the optimal education for their carrier has been out of reach. With online courses that offer best in class education leading the trend, more providers will invest in quality education rather than just fighting as the price leader with a subpar product.
