07-30-2015 - Coffee & Cap Rates - "The Borough Presidents' Forum: An Inside Look at the Outer Boroughs"

On Thursday, July 30, Ariel Property Advisors will present Coffee & Cap Rates, a networking breakfast and panel discussion from 7:30am-10:00am at Club 101, 101 Park Avenue. Titled, "The Borough Presidents' Forum: An Inside Look at the Outer Boroughs," Shimon Shkury will be moderating a panel with Bronx Borough president Ruben Diaz Jr. and Brooklyn Borough president Eric Adams. The panel will focus on real estate opportunities and initiatives throughout their boroughs. The event will begin with a presentation of Ariel’s mid-year research which will also be distributed at the breakfast. An estimated 250+ real estate professionals are expected to attend this event. All proceeds from the event will be matched and donated to Legal Outreach, a non-profit organization that prepares urban youth from under-served communities in New York City to compete at high academic levels.
