Sam Irlander, a fellow REBNY member and a licensed Florida instructor, will conduct this Florida Broker Pre-License course for REBNY members. Since it is no longer necessary to be a Florida resident to hold a real estate license in this state, Florida now recognizes experience in another state, making it easier for brokers to acquire a Florida broker license.
