Salvadori Center will host its Annual Cocktail Benefit on Wednesday, May 7 at The Atrium Shops and Café. The event will honor three eminent New Yorkers for their contributions to the fields of business, design and public service with the Founder's Awards For Excellence. This year's honorees are David Bellman, senior vice president of Avalon Bay Communities, Inc.; Bruce Fowle, FAIA, LEED, founding principal of FXFOWLE; and Dr. Antonio Pérez, president of Borough of Manhattan Community College. The Annual Cocktail Benefit is one of the city's most successful networking events for building industry professionals. Proceeds fund collaborative, hands-on project-based learning experiences for students and professional development for teachers throughout all five boroughs of New York City.
